To sign up for the 2025 River Festival on-the-water Racing and LA-LA Rally events online, please complete the form below and submit the payment through PayPal.

The racing takes place from Friday 11th through to Sunday 13th July.
The LA-LA Rally takes place from Wednesday 16th through to Saturday 19th July.

Note: CRF Race Committee will normally use the NHC base number for the type of boat. If no base number is available, the Race Committee will assign a base number based on information available for boats of similar size and design. CRF Race Committee reserves the right to request further information to enable a handicap to be assigned.

Consent and Declaration

I consent to the Conwy River Festival organisers, officials of the Conway Yacht Club and officials of the North Wales Cruising Club storing and accessing this data solely for the purpose of running the Conwy River Festival. I also consent to photos and videos of my boat and crew being published on the CRF website and social media accounts.

I declare that the boat is insured for 3rd party claims to the MINIMUM sum of £3,000,000 as required by the Conwy River Festival Sailing Instructions. I agree to be bound by RRS and all other rules governing the event. I have read para 9 of the Notice of Race and RRS4 and confirm that I agree to their provisions and that my boat will conform to their requirements throughout the event.

Until payment is received, you will not be enrolled in the event. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations in the last 7 days before the event, due to commitments being made to caterers.
